Minor technical issues
So far so good. Enrollment was easy. On iPhone uploading a picture via safari didn’t work but I had no issues doing it on the app. I was also able to add names of people who could make changes to our policy (like my husband) but have not been able to send them access to the account online, having that fixed would be really nice. We haven’t needed to process any claims yet. The policy doesn’t go into effect until 15 days after enrollment so we signed up early. Our puppies won’t be home until the end of the month- the policy should go into effect right around the time our puppies come home to us. I feel I can’t give a fair review until we have actually don’t anything to use the policy we purchased.

Pleasantly surprised at how easily my claim was handled . Everything was clearly explained and I was kept informed on the progress of the claim . I have recommended Pets Best to my daughter and her husband .They are currently cat-less (their kitty of 17 years died in February) but hope to find another kitty (maybe two) to spoil and give a loving home to. I told them about the different plans offered and the very reasonable rates .. I had dealt with another pet insurance company years ago that just gave me the runaround ,so it is very refreshing to have you as Gertie's insurance provider .. Thanks , Jane Spratler

Accidental claim
We are new to Pet insurance and did a LOT of research prior to picking Embrace. We actually didn’t think we would have to take advantage of their service for a long time, since we have a young pup, but when we had an unforeseen accidental claim for a swallowed foreign object just shortly after being outside the waiting period, they covered everything without arguing. Great experience. I am happy to say Embrace lived up to their promise. Amazing service. Courteous and patient customer service. Glad, we picked them.
