PetsBest is very fast about processing claims. They don’t cover some things, but the premiums are low. Our dog has had a variety of ailments, and pet insurance has made it easier to bare

MetLife Pet Insurance - the Hyundai of Pet Insurance
If you think claims should be processed within 15-30 days and its ok NOT to be able to view claim details after they are processed to understand how much was applied to your deductible and how much is being reimbursed - get MetLife Pet Insurance. I thought saving a few bucks on the monthly premiums was a good think after investigating a few different plans but quickly realized that you get what you pay for. And when you finally receive your reimbursement, even though you asked to be reimbursed via credit card, you receive a CHECK in the mail, because they can't even follow the simplest of instructions. Do yourself a favor, run in any other direction, just don't get MetLife Pet Insurance.

I just went through a very scary experience with my 10 month old puppy, 3 night stay at the emergency vet and I can't thank Trupanion enough. Every rep I spoke to over my many calls was so pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions and really guided me through this awful experience. I am SO happy I signed my puppy up when I got him this has helped me so unbelievably much in an unexpected vet trip that would've cost me a fortune without it.

It’s probably the only pets insurance that offers coverage for things that other companies don’t, like spaying and neutering, and that’s a plus for me.
