An absolute joke
Since the second I set up my pet’s insurance I had to call multiple times due to their errors. The agent I had called to set it up input the wrong breed size so I called to fix that as soon as I realized then was told that the price of the insurance would go up but I wouldn’t be charged till next month. The next day they tried to charge my card, without my knowledge, so I called to see what was going on and was told that since I caught the mistake so soon they were going to charge me the differential even after I was told they wouldn’t. The agent that I talked to during that call was rude. Since then I’ve made multiple calls even after cancelling my insurance right away. Still haven’t got my refund. I had to call to find out what was taking so long, nobody was going to inform me or it seemed like they weren’t even going to do anything until I called. An absolute mess.

This insurance company tries everything to get out of paying. Multiple times Going around in circles and turns out they had the documents the whole time. This incident lasted months and then didn’t even cover everything

35 minutes on hold while 2 of them scrambled to come up with a reason my claim was closed with no communication. They finally said well there is a gap in the medical records that is why? What!! 6 weeks she didn't go to the vet during this time so now they want me to fill out another form saying there was no treatment. I just sent you her entire medical records but thats not good enough they want me to lie on a form. I called back and got a completely different answer. Very frustrated!! Now they say don't believe the web site the claim is on hold pending review don't send the forms we told you to submit 10 minutes ago. Not impressed so far. What is my time worth?

Not a good customer experience.
I signed up last September and had to call them 4 times before I was able to get any help. The first time was to set up the app. No one told me not to include the letters on my policy until the 4th call. That is why it was not accepting the policy number. The second time I called I set up my credit card instead of through my employer. The third time for some reason they did not charge the card on file. I emailed my claim with the policy number. No email response. I later found out that they want it in an attachment not in the body of the email otherwise they just completely ignore it and will not respond back to the email. I almost cancelled my policy because this is not a streamlined process. I will not recommend this to anyone. Get it together!
