Best Pet Insurance Company
If you want quality coverage for your pet MetLife is the way to go. It has been nothing but a positive experience, claims have been paid expediently, and the coverage is great! I highly recommend MetLife for your pet. I would compare this to a human grade medical insurance policy. I love the emphasis on preventative care.

Pets Best is the absolute best pet insurance. Great coverage, affordable and prompt follow up and replies. We have a little pup who has had some issues, and I don’t know what we would do without Pets Best. Highly recommend!

I am happy I switched
It was quick and easy to change insurance. The customer service representative addressed my concerns and answered all questions. Also, I thought it was so sweet to send each of my dogs a squeak toy. They absolutely love them and I feel that just doing something small makes a huge difference.

I am a very recent Trupanion customer…
I am a very recent Trupanion customer and have not yet had to utilize their services. However, what I can attest to at this point is that the customer service has been absolutely wonderful. When I was considering signing up with Trupanion I had some questions and called Customer Service. I spoke with a great lady who was so friendly and provided answers to all of my questions. Then also, the information via email that I have received is great too. They seem very concerned and covers everything! Although I have not yet actually had to use the services, I did recommend them to my neighbor who has a small dog too.
