Puppy doing great!
My puppy required an MRI. Following the examination, the vet contacted Trupanion to determine how much they would cover. Not counting my deductible, examination fee and taxes covered over 3300 of a 4700 bill. Just amazing and best of all tests came back normal.

Best Pet Insurance I've ever had
Metlife pet insurance for my elderly cat was affordable, easy to buy and easy to use. I submitted two claims which were promptly processed, I am very pleased with the policy, terms and customer service. I'm going to transfer my new kitten's insurance to MetLife, and recommend it to my brother who has 2 cats.

The girl who helped me set up my plan was so considerate, thoughtful and helpful! This is my first time getting pet insurance, and I really appreciated the time she spent explaining the different options and benefits. I had shopped other pet insurance companies and no one’s customer service compared to what I received from her. She answered all of my many questions and helped me pick the best coverage for my dogs.

I NEVER recommended Fetch to…
I NEVER recommended Fetch to anyone!!!!!! I opened a claim for reimbursement of a hospital emergency for my dog that was vomiting and with bloody stools, and it was denied claiming that it is pre-existing conditions because it had a previous diarrhea less than 1 year ago. But an emergency occurred, not a precondition. My dog does not have any illnesses, as seen on its record, it had diarrhea and vomiting. When a human goes to the hospital with diarrhea and vomiting isn't it an emergency? Why is it diferent for a dog?
