This is an incredible company. Claims are easy to submit, are processed quickly and payment made. The company works with vets to pay the vet directly for vet care covered by the policy. The Company also is very easy with which to communicate and very friendly.

Good Experience so Far
We have been pet owners for over 50 years, but this is the first time we have had pet insurance. Over the 3 years since we purchased MetLife, we have filed several claims which have been processed efficiently and fairly. Filing claims online is convenient and easy. Our calls to customer service have been answered quickly by knowledgeable staff.

Forever grateful for MetLife
If it wasn't for MetLife pet insurance, I have no idea how I would be able to pay for my girls treatments and medications, very thankful! Great customer service. They made me do a lot of paperwork for her prescription food to be covered but at the end of the day they are covering and i understand the need for clarity. thanks again!
