No communication from claims adjuster

No communication from claims adjuster. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Terrible customer service from the claims department. If we hadn’t just renewed I would cancel and go elsewhere.

My puppy had bad diarrhea and vomiting…

My puppy had bad diarrhea and vomiting on labour day weekend. Poor thing suffered badly. We went to see vet and gave him X-ray, blood work and prescription drugs. Thank goddess it wasn’t internal bleeding but a digestive problem. Total expense was close to 1500. Then I filed a claim with Fetch. Immediately after reporting online, there was an email sent out to confirm that case is open and a case manager will be assigned. It also shows what will happen next and estimated timeline which makes me feel secured, confident and comfortable with claim handling. 4 days later I got an email saying case is being reviewed. 3 more days another e-mail came with approval. All entitled benefits are paid out and deposited to my account. Super quick! I’d rate 110% of satisfactory if I could! Professional, quick, fair! Highly recommended!
