The site was easy to use
The site was easy to use. The rates were easy to adjust for comparison purposes before choosing a plan. The rates & benefits were very competitive, too.

Greedy, lying company
When I signed up, the qualifications of a pre-existing condition as stated in my application form, were symptom free for 30 days prior to the application, and nothing would be covered for the first 2 weeks after opening the account. After submitting my claim they denied it because my cat had shown symptoms within the last 18 months. I had to pay my bill out of pocket, on the night I lost my cat. Then I get an email from them stating that they are sorry for my loss, but they are denying my coverage, but if my cat(now put to rest) doesn't show any symptoms for the next 18 months, i can sign him up for insurance coverage again. The money I spent for them to provide no service to me could have covered the vet bill itself. This company is useless, don't bother signing up with them. I'm positive you can find a better pet insurance company to suit your needs

I am so pleased with Embrace
I am so pleased with Embrace. My dog has a few pre-existing conditions. The last few times we’ve taken him to the vet, I’ve submitted claims “just in case”, while simultaneously assuming the claims would be denied. I keep getting pleasantly surprised! Though they very clearly (and understandably) do not cover pre-existing conditions, they do approve more than I expected and we always get back at least half of our claim, if not the full amount! I am so happy with Embrace, and my dog (and wallet!) are so grateful for them!

It was easy to sign up, I also seemed to have more options for a customized insurance plan. Overall, the plans I chose seemed to be the most affordable option. I have not yet used the insurance, time will tell how the reimbursement goes. So far, I am satisfied.

I can't say enough about Healthy Paws…
I can't say enough about Healthy Paws and the care they have enabled me to give my dogs! They came through every time. My dogs ended up being pretty high maintenance and there were many expensive hospital and vet bills over there lifespan. The peace of mind is invaluable in knowing that whatever procedure is needed to help your pet, can be given without hesitation knowing that Healthy Paws will be there for you and your pets! That is invaluable!! All of their many Vets know that whatever procedure or treatment they think my dogs need, I would not hesitate to say: "Yes, do it!" They always have to ask anyway. I thank them so much for their kindness and consideration thought all the challenges and especially my Fur Angel's last days.! I just received a condolences card from them that brought the tears flowing again as they are right now in writing this! My dogs are my joy, stress and purpose and as soon as I feel I am ready for more, Healthy Paws will be my first email! God Bless You Healthy Paws! R/Larry
