The customer service is amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly representatives. The initial process with the first claim takes a little time but that's just because they're reviewing the animal's history for the first time. My claims were approved appropriately.

Healthy Paws has always been with us in our times of struggle with our pets. We have a rare juvenile diabetic cat (pancreas stopped producing insulin suddenly at age 2) who spent nearly a month in the hospital due to multiple episodes of DKA and hypoglycemia. Without Healthy Paws, although we make pretty good money, pet ownership would be financially challenging due to the incredibly expensive costs of emergency care where we live. We also really appreciate the humanity of the foundation which regularly asks us how our diabetic cat is doing. Healthy Paws has never rejected a claim related to these juvenile-diabetes-related incidents although you could easily buy a new car with the amount of money they reimbursed while the condition is rare enough that our very qualified vet needed to consult with a researcher from UPenn about the case. Our other cat once needed an X-Ray after a fall gave him back pain, they also covered that without questions. We are infinitely grateful that Healthy Paws helped us give a life to our little cat she would otherwise not have been able to have.

I've had Embrace for years
I've had Embrace for years. Whenever I talk to the staff I am always very satisfied with their knowledge and compassion. They are not in a rush and they take their time to answer all of your questions. They are also fun people. Everything is transparent and you know what you were purchasing up front.
