I chose a rating of 2 because I am extremely upset that my insurance premium will increase by approximately $50.
I chose a rating of 2 because I am extremely upset that my insurance premium will increase by approximately $50.00 on October 31st.I left my previous insurer because I liked not having to pay the money up front and wait for my reimbursement .However ,an increase of approximately 30% is totally inexcuseable.I will be shopping around for a more reasonable insurer if this issue is not addressed to my satisfaction .I would certainly not recommend Trupanion if your practice is to increase your premiums by huge amounts with no notice.
