Sometimes it can be confusing to figure out which costs from a divided receipt should go where, but Kelsey explained that I can just submit evertything and all determinations will be made per the medical records. I'm very impresesed. The levels of insurance you can sign up for are very clearly delineated. The Website & App are super easy to use. I submitted my first claim and it was as easy as taking a photo with my phone. I was impressed with the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) once my claim was submitted. It clearly stated what/how much was covered. I would highly recommend.
