This is why we love Trupanion...
We are big fans of Trupanion and here's why... Over 8 years ago our beloved cat Abby came down with stomach cancer at the young age of 3. :( She was the best, and we wanted to help her in any way possible so we went the chemo route. It was an intense and long process and we were grieving intensely. Trupanion took care of us and covered exactly what they said they would. I am talking a huge amount, think used car prices. Fast fwd several years later and one of our cats has some unk autoimmune d/o which has impacted her teeth. Again, all services were covered, no questions asked. Lastly, we have a beautiful rescue dog, that we have had since she was 9 weeks old. :) She is the absolute best but she has suffered from knee injuries, which seem to be a thing in dogs at this time. She had her first knee repaired about 5 months ago and just had the second one down. (apparently, this is a common thing). Our clinic warned us that the second may not be covered, but it was, again, no questions asked. If you want pet insurance that stands behind its policy offerings and handles claims quickly, then look no further! Thank you Trupanion! It is stressful when dealing with our babies medical conditions and to know the conditions will be covered helps to alleviate some of that stress.

The test that were required to see what the problem wrong instead of saying it's an pre-existing condition is premature. Without these tests I would not know he had an enlarge heart. The tests should have been covered. All you care about is taking peoples money. How can you people that you are an animal lover. Pet insurances are rip offs. I hope you greedy people can live with that. What am I saying, you can live with that because you do not have a heart

Trupanion Is Topnotch!
I’ve had Trupanion Insurance Coverage for my two dogs for years. It is an absolute must! Trupanion has saved us $$$. One of my dogs has had Cancer and I am so grateful that she is alive and well today because the insurance afforded us excellent veterinarian care. The key to Pet Insurance is to establish it when your pets are very young for the best insurance rate. Trupanion is easy, fast, efficient and professional!

Having learned the hard way
Having learned the hard way, I am sure to have pet insurnace on my dogs now. I have always used manypets.com, trupanion, or embrace. I shopped around due to price and found a lower price with fetch....I was also reminded that you get what you pay for. None of my other insurance companies that we refer to have ever taken more than 48-72 hours max from the time a claim was submitted until the reimbursement hit the bank account. Not true here. 7 days later after a simple wellness exam and the claim is still "in review" and the customer service rep that I tried to chat with about it was just cold. This company isn't worth saving a few dimes and nickels over. I'll be referring my patients and my own dogs to trupanion or many pets going foward - they've put their money where their mouth is and didn't give me some made up run around. I feel foolish for thinking a less expensive company could give us the care that others did.

The amount of time it takes for reimbursement is ridiculous. I have 4 claims I am waiting on payments for. It definetly has caused me to search other companies. Unless you want to wait for an extensive period of time for reimbursements dont purchase pet insurance from this company.

Amazing customer service by phone
Amazing customer service by phone. Fully refunded the months of insurance I paid on my beloved deceased dog. I couldn’t bring myself to cancel her plan it felt too painful. They refunded in full after confirming her date of passing with no questions asked. Thank you Trupanion.

Great Experience
I was unsure if I wanted pet insurance, if it would be worth it, how to choose a company, but Fetch has been true to its word and the policy since the start. The policy is very clearly written and laid out. Their terms are fair. I love that services like physical therapy is covered, that I can pay annually instead of monthly for the entire premium, that I can use chat features to talk with representatives, and that I can upload documents via the app. My dog will have Fetch insurance for the rest of her life and any future fur babies are going to be signed up right at the start!

Best choice for pet Insurance.
I have been with Fetch Pet Insurance since 2020 and have nothing but great feedback to share. My 3 pets are under their policy. I have needed to use it twice within these three years, and Fetch made the process very smooth, approving my claims in less than 2 weeks in both situations. The App is straightforward to use. Their customer service is always available and professional. I am 100% satisfied and sure I made the best choice for my pet's insurance.
