Trupanion were great and I was particularly pleased with the excellent relationship between the Veterinary Practice and Trupanion.

I would have given a "10" rating, but there was some confusion with the claims at some point which was resolved because of the excellent Trupanion/Vet communication. That part would have caused me some stress, but I didn't have to get involved. Thanks
