Trupanion is #1 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful company. They worked with the hospital at the same time the procedure was completed and walked out the door to pay for my balance and deductible. No paperwork had to be submitted and didn’t have to pay the full amount then wait to be reimbursed. It was great to know what my portion of the hospital bill was going to be upfront. Thank you Trupanion for your outstanding service and taking care of Sydney!

The process to file a claim is easy and quick. The website is very user friendly. Spot Insurance advises you as each step of the claim is completed. A complete breakdown of the items covered and those not covered is available on the website. I had my payment direct deposited into my checking account in less than one week after filing my claim.

Happy with Pets Best!
i am quite happy with Pet's Best, have it for my dog for many years. However, premium edges up every year but its not unlike any others. Overall service is great, usually works using the app seamlessly.

I am grateful for the quick responses. We’ve had hiccups in the beginning on what is approved and what is not approved. It is a sticky situation with AI being the way to accept because if words annd billing are not perfect things get denied. Then it is very, very hard to get things corrected. Pretty much once it’s submitted and decisions made no changes will be made. No matter what the error is on record. I know now to always remind the billing submitting to not be general because of things are submitted general they get denied.
