Fast Approvals & Amazing Customer Service
Trupanion truly goes above and beyond for you and your (babies) pets and are very caring. Claims get processed and approved quickly. I also like the convenience of being able to pay just your share of copay at time of service at vetenary locations that participate in it because Trupanion offers a service that allows the vetenary office to process the claim at checkout and then you pay only your share of bill instead of waiting for reimbursement, which they also process quickly usually within couple days. Customer service dept. is also amazing, they really care and are simply the best. I highly recommend Trupaion.

5 stars! Spot insurance has been nothing but great. Having this coverage has been such a huge relief emotionally and financially. I keep telling every person I know to look into this insurance. My furbaby has been experiencing sudden health issues and we all know that cats hide their symptoms very well. Because of this coverage, I have been able to keep up with my furbaby’s medical appts without delays and know that I will be reimbursed in time to schedule his follow up appt. The best part is that my reimbursements have been processed and deposited into my account in less than 12 days. I’m so grateful and this has been a learning experience for me. Don’t let your pets suffer in silence, pay that monthly fee and get your babies covered.

They were so courteous in removing one…
They were so courteous in removing one of my pets after I sent in an invoice after an ER visit turned into losing our fur baby. They sent a really nice email, prorated our monthly bill and removed her policy without me even asking. Sending claims in are simple as well.
