Healthy Paws saved my cat's life
Healthy Paws saved my cat's life. He was diagnosed with a rare heart condition and we would not have been able to afford the treatment he needs and is getting without Healthy Paws. Submitting claims is easy and processing time is fast. I do not know what we would have done without the insurance.

We are thankful we found Trupanion. Seems like a good fit for our needs.
We tried to do our research to find the best health insurance fit for our particular needs. Trupanion ended up looking like the best option for us. The enrollment experience went well. We did contact Trupanion with questions and they were good to answer them. It sure felt like a company that listened well. In the end we felt like Trupanion was a solid company we could trust for the long-haul relationship spanning many years with our insurance for a new kitten.

I like how quickly I receive notice that you received my claim, and you let me see where the claim is in the process of being completed. I'm confused when I have to choose between an injury or new illness. What about the choice of continuing illness? Otherwise, great service.

Healthy Paws Saved My Cat!
I do not know what I would have done if it were not for Healthy Paws. I few weeks ago my cat was diagnosed with a rare heart condition. He has been admitted to the hospital 5 times and is finally getting better. I would not have been able to afford the treatment he needs and is getting if it were not for Healthy Paws. Submitting a claim is super easy and the processing time and payment is fast. They also have an option for direct deposit. I cannot recommend them enough.

Pay close attention to your claims with multiple diagnoses. Though my dog was diagnosed with Kidney disease, which they do not cover (pre-existing) they constantly deny claims for Otitis Externa, ear infection, as well as the antibiotic, Claro used to treat it. Their explanation is that she was diagnosed with Pruritis at one point, which is itchy skin (due to allergies), and treated with Cytopoint, again not covered. I requested that all of these claims be reviewed. I will update my review when I get a response.
