I think I love Nationwide
I am so impressed with Nationwide. They had a program where they offered the plan through my employer, so the premium was able to be deducted directly from my paycheck. I never noticed it was gone, it was lovely. Then our dog got sick. We all fought hard for him, and having the insurance through Nationwide is the only reason that we were able to have him (and he have quality of life) for a while longer. I tried to provide all of the info needed on each entry, but Nationwide never quibbled about anything. It made a difficult time easier. Thank you Nationwide!

Customer Service is Call Only
I just adopted a new kitten couple weeks ago and this MetLife insurance was the free package from adopting from AHS. It all started with this lady who helped me set up my account, she spelled my street address incorrectly, when I found out I had to call them twice (not including the first call) to finally get them updated my address. Then after that, I won't be able to update the address in the policy packet. The online chat is definitely a fake chat, it's never worked. I emailed pet_info based on their website and never got a response. Each time I called them, I had to wait on phone for over 30mins. How can they make updating an address that difficult? I just emailed pet_feedback, we'll see if they'll ever get in touch with me or not.

Terrible
Terrible. Didn't pay a claim on a puppy I bought because it was born with a hernia. Ipaid for a whole year! Had nothing to do with its medical but they wouldn't pay. Called it all pre existing. I do not recommend them. IT WAS A PUPPY, 6 MONTHS AFTER I BOUGHT THE INSURANCE! NO WAY IT WAS PRE EXISTING. Now they are charging me and I canceled.

Upon the arrival of two kittens I knew…
Upon the arrival of two kittens I knew I had to look for insurance. Looking at other options I decided on Pets Best and am extremely glad I did. I have the plan that includes "wellness" and have been surprised at the coverage and the actual reimbursement and how quickly it happens. Keep up the great service

They Deny Claims With No Reason
They deny a claim and say they don't have enough records when the entire record was sent to them. Their explanation is unhelpful - they try not to pay claims. I don't recommend.
