Amazing!
Excellent coverage. Submitting a claim was easy and they got us a check fast. I'm happy to have them and will continue to use them as our insurance for our animals.

They seem to make every effort to delay or avoid claim payments.
After I submitted claims, the claims were denied. When I called to find out why, they indicated EOBs from my dog's prior insurance were required. They had never informed me of this requirement. I verified with them three times over the phone that the EOBs were all that were needed and then emailed the info. I then received an email from them indicating they needed the policy documents from the prior insurer. Again, they had never informed me these documents were required. It seems like they're trying every delay or dodge tactic they can. I am keeping careful records of all interactions. My experience with pet insurers has not inspired trust.

Worth every Penny
Life has been there for all 3 of our dog , the best and worst of times. Their wellness insurance is worth it because it encourages us to keep our dog healthy and follow recommendation provided by our Vet. Filing claims is easy and if you call staff is friendly and helpful

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. They don’t cover your dog getting busted and still waiting for my refund. They said sue to my dog having one testical the insurance isn’t beneficial nor does it support my dog getting fixed. I want my refund back! Had to cancel. Still have not refund me and I only had for a few days. To be called and told this insurance won’t cover my dog being fixed even though it advertises it

CLAIMS DEPT USELESS!!
I had a policy for a year when it came time to use it for something simple the claims dept kept asking for medical records I did not have as Oliver has only been with me since adoption for a year and he is still only 2 - I sent in his initial vet bill and the one I was claiming through insurance and went through hell !!! kept asking for medical records that I do not have as he was never seen during the times they are asking!! I emailed customer service 3 times and spoke to 4 people!!! what is the problem!!! I am now telling all my friends NOT TO USE FETCH!!!

I’m done
I will be cancelling my 10 years of Trupanion and will be self insuring from now on. They have done everything to avoid paying out for this claim which was a true emergency. The amount they are giving me is pitiful and not worth all these years of loyal payment. I am done.
