My dog was very sick and her treatment started with being admitted through the ER in the middle of the night. While I did not know what was ahead of us, I was positive that I wanted the vet to do everything they could to save her life. What I also did not know, is that she was far sicker than I was aware. I was surely worried about my dogs well being and the medical costs associated with her treatment. Healthy Paws was right there at the plate to assist empathetically with reimbursement of my dogs medical costs. Admittedly, I was not prepared for this veterinary expense, I honestly have no idea what I would have done without Healthy Paws caring attitude and expedient response. I could not be more thankful for all you’ve done for us. Thank you for checking on my dog. She’s doing much better and continues to improve. Thank you again Healthy Paws! 🐾

I have two dogs with this insurance
I have two dogs with this insurance. I had to to use this insurance when my baby girl got sick. They’re better than human insurance because they give you an answer for what they’re paying within just a couple hours or a couple minutes. I have been spreading the word and other people have signed up

Great insurance!
My new rescue pup hurt her leg playing with another dog fairly soon after getting her. Because MetLife insurance has a much shorter waiting period prior to filing for an injury than most companies, they reimbursed 90% after my deductible was met. Another reason I chose MetLife was that they will cover both knees if there is a problem rather than just the first leg, as many companies do. I’m glad I read all the details of the policies instead of just choosing the least expensive. I’m very happy with the coverage, communication from MetLife, and the speed of reimbursement. Great company to work with!
The plans are very straightforward
The plans are very straightforward, easy to understand and work exactly the way they’re supposed to, provided your vet cooperates. If you have a vet, like mine, who will not provide medical records along with your invoice, you’re out of luck. Fetch will not contact your vet to get records or verify sick visits, so your claim will be rejected. It’s also difficult to get in touch with a live person from Fetch to explain this issue. When we have needed to use a specialist at a hospital with lots of administrative staff, they filed the claims for us, including all medical records and we were promptly reimbursed per the terms of our plan.
