So far, so great! I adopted a new puppy and he needed a wellness check/deworming etc. and Figo filed the claim immediately. Excited to see how his other procedures go!

Pleasantly Surprised
The process for submitting a claim and navigating my account is so easy. We have submitted many claims because my dog has two chronic illnesses and they have paid many of them in full. They are also very responsive when I have questions or concerns. I have been very pleasantly surprised with the service at Embrace. Highly recommend.

Glad we chose them
They cover a lot. The process to submit a claim is very easy. We adopted a puppy and in the past we have had crazy things happen with our dogs, so we decided this time, we're investing in insurance. The deducible and copay is so reasonable and the monthly fee is very affordable. Our pup is not quite 2 and he has already torn both his ACLs, so we are very grateful we got it. We reviewed a lot of companies and Pets Best was so easy to understand. The benefits were explained well and it's connected to our auto insurance which is just another convienece. So far we feel very good about choosing them. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because sometimes the review and approval takes much longer than I expected. According to my friends with other companies, their wait time is significantly shorter. The first few claims took over a month. We have had a couple come back very quickly. I'm sure it depends on how many claims they have coming in but, based on everything I'd heard and read, I expected closer to 1-2 weeks for responses. I still recommend them because they do cover so much and are so easy to work with.

When I signed up Cooper they are eager to get your monthly payment; but then they don't cover this or that - it falls under another category. I'm not sure the benefit of it.
