I have submitted several claims now
I have submitted several claims now, only one has been partially accepted. From what I’m paying my dogs neuter should have been covered but I’m being told it’s not. Why pay for this insurance when nothing is actually accepted to be covered. Vaccines are part of routine care should be covered, but they were not as well. And now I can’t figure out how to cancel my policy.

Super easy to file claims
Healthy Paws made it so incredibly easy to file claims and reimbursement came through quickly. During a really stressful time where I was worried about my dogs health, it was such a relief to know that I didn't have to add battling my insurance company to my to-do list.

Filing a claim was a breeze
My dog was showing neurological symptoms and was ultimately diagnosed with a brain disease. Obviously I was stressed as we went through all the tests and different medications to get him healthy, and Healthy Paws filing system was so quick and easy to use. Claims got approved within days, reimbursements were here quickly, and it was such a weight off my shoulders to know I didn't have to battle my insurance company and could focus my energy on helping my dog feel better. I cannot recommend Healthy Paws enough, they have been amazing.
