Quick easy reimbursement through claims, awesome customer service and helpful advice on the pet helpline, super affordable compared to other companies. So happy with my pup’s health insurance and it’s great peace of mind to know she’s covered if we have an emergency and for general wellness visits.

Bad service due to "System Upgrades"
Trupanion has normally been a very responsive company. However, I think it is ridiculous that this company is still blaming a system upgrade that supposedly occurred months ago for their poor service. System upgrades should not adversely effect customer service. I'm very disappointed in Trupanion service on my latest claim. This is a condition that my pet has had since May and other claims associated with this condition have already been approved. Please Trupanion remedy you system problems and get back to the service that make your customers happy and able to recommend you to our friends.

Long claim processing times, lost paperwork, and Pet's Best Employees working from home thus not knowing their job well has caused a big decline in this company in my opinion.
