I switched to Pets Plus Us after being with another insurance company who continued to raise my monthly fees despite having never made any claims and it was the best decision! They covered my dog’s knee surgery with no hesitations or issues. The costumer service was also fantastic as I had sent in the wrong forms but they fixed it no problem. They’ve covered everything I’ve submitted with no problems and I’ll continue to recommend them!

I didn't think I had completely filled out the form, OR agreed to purchase the plan, because the webpage was being difficult, until I saw the charge on my credit card! IDK what the actual date was, the end of December, first of January
