I never used this insurance!

I never used this insurance! I didn't know how to use it or if it covered an appointment and it was renewed automatically! I wasn't planning on renewing. There should really be a manual on how to use the insurance.

The best for my Furbabies

This is the second time I've had to make a claim. And I didn't even have to do anything! My vet sent it in, I got an email acknowledging it within 2 days, and a day or two later, it was paid out. I had the same experience both times.
