We recently had to say goodbye to our 3 1/2 yr old Aussie due to cancer. When I notified Fetch I received a beautiful email response with sincere condolences. In addition, they promptly paid the claim for his treatment. I still have coverage for my other Aussie and would highly recommend them.

Best pet insurance
I bought pet insurance from Fetch when my dogs were puppies. I’ve had to use the insurance on many occasions, and the service is always excellent. Filing a claim is easy and self explanatory. Using the app is great and efficient. I always recommend Fetch to anyone who has a pet.

Great company to work with!
My dog needed to have surgery to remove a couple masses for biopsy. Between the surgery and the follow ups the money added up. I submitted the claims and they were processed the next day. Checks are in the mail. On top of that customer service reached out to see how my dog was recovering. I thought that was a very nice touch, one that I had not expected.

I was told to send my medical records to hartvillegroup.com which I did back on 9/15/23. When I called last week, they reported that I they never received any records? So I resubmitted through my app on my phone last week, and now apparently my claims have been submitted and are being processed? So my only complaint is that they need to be more clear about where to send claims to have them processed within a reasonable time?
