Very good experience
I was hesitant about pet insurance, but when I went through thousands for my old guy, I put insurance on the younger two cats. I researched ALOT and chose PetsBest. So far I've put in claims twice and each one was taken care of without any issues. I'm pleasantly surprised!

Bad experience …
We filed a claim for a preventative check up since our pet had a lump. The claim was dismissed stating that this was a pre-existing condition. I have not had good experience getting anything properly claimed.

Fabrice to the rescue!
Just signed up for a policy for our new golden retriever, Oliver. Fabrice walked me through the whole process. He was exceedingly patient and thorough with his explanation of the different policies. All his efforts were greatly appreciated. From reading the previous comments it seems like all of the agents at Fetch are cut from the same cloth. I am very happy that I chose Fetch!

1 Very Good Employee To Save The Day…Company Itself Needs More Like Her
I gave 3 stars, because at first, the experience was a bit rocky and rough. I was under the impression that all the medical records had be looked at prior by Embrace, but that wasn’t the case. They took over a month to reimburse me, but I finally got an adjuster who was ready to do her job the right way and keep me as a customer with Embrace as I was ready to leave and file a lawsuit against Embrace. In the end, Sabrina did a great job. She reviewed the medical records of my dog Stormy who the claim was entered in for, and got me my claim reimbursed to me in a very responsible amount of time from when she took on the case for me. Then after that, she offered to do a medical review for my other dog Dakota to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future. I will be honest, Sabrina is the reason I give a 3 star review, because if it wasn’t for her, it would be a 1 star review. Embrace should consider offering Sabrina a manager or supervisor position, because she would be an excellent leader within your company. I am very thankful to her and for all the help in making what was an extremely stressful situation into a much simpler process. Thank you Sabrina for all your work into making this go over much smoother.

My experience today was great with Fetch, as always. They have been taking care of my fur babies for 7 years approximately. Ananda and Kelsey provided extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and patient service, as I had many questions and changes to make. Easy to file claims. Swift, clear response -- fair and intelligible, given terms of the policy. (I don't feel Spot is looking for reasons NOT to reimburse -- they're simply reimbursing what they said they would, at the rate specified.) Also easy to reach representatives by phone.
