DO NOT RECOMMEND
Highly do NOT recommend this pet insurance. Takes forever to process a claim because they keep asking for medical records even though they were already submitted. I've emailed several times that those were the full medical records, but they keep asking for more like labs and xrays. My dogs never needed those tests nor had them performed, yet they are still asking for them. My dogs also received vaccines from Seeaca and Humane Society. They still want those records from the time before joining. I called and the representative still asked for them. They do not even offer wellness plans, so I do not understand why they needed those vaccine records. I highly, HIGHLY DO NOT recommend Healthy Paws.

Exceptional Experience
I have been using Fetch, previously (go pet plan) since my dog was born, 7 years now! My vet recommended this insurance and I couldn’t be happier, especially when it became Fetch! Submitting claims is extremely easy and the reimbursement is right on time. I called to ask a question this past week and spoke with, Member Associate- Lindsey. She was not only knowledgeable, but CARING and EMPATHETIC! She acted is if I was Fetch’s only client. She never rushed me and let me ask as many questions as I wanted! She truly wanted to know how my dog was doing!!!! That is true customer experience! I recommend Fetch to EVERYONE!!! Thank you Lindsey!!!!

Quick and easy. I’ve been a customer since 2010 originally go pet plan. No change in the level of service. No excess fees, they even gave a discount for being loyal. Easy process, I can access my documents to make sure my cat Forest is covered. It took 2 weeks I think to be reimbursed, reimbursed per policy so no surprises. Very easy to understand. If you’re considering pet insurance do it, It’s like car insurance, health insurance etc, we can pay for it so we are covered and don’t have to foot a large bill.
