Rejected with no explanation
You didn’t cover any of the most expensive cost that was deemed necessary by the vet, meaning you covered less than 40% of my out-of-pocket cost, despite me not being allowed to get medication without having the procedures done. I wasn’t able to speak with anyone or plead any sort of case, and there is no explanation whatsoever as to why the cost was not covered.

Fetch has come through as Advertised!!

Terrible insurance
Brand new baby puppy. I got him insured the day we picked him up. On his first vaccine visit they found an issue with his teeth a week later. Insurance promptly called it pre existing and excluded care for his congenital condition. 8 weeks old, insured immediately. Bunch of thieves and robbers stealing your cash and screwing you over.

Amost everything went great
Amost everything went great! The process to purchase was straightforward and easy to navigate through... until I tried to summit my claim. I'm sure it's operator error. I could not figure out how to download the invoice. I kept getting an error the file was too big. I finally got it to work, but I don't know what I did 😄. That process could be a little more senior friendly.
