Great customer service! Overall awesome pet insurance, this is my first time having pet insurance and it has been worth while. It does take some time to get the necessary documents uploaded but its worth it.

Grateful to have this insurance for my Mini Aussiedoodle
I have had Fetch pet insurance for about 1.5 years. It is affordable and the company operates exactly how they say they do. Submitting claims is an easy process and I have been reimbursed in a timely manner. I didn't think I would need this insurance, but have used it multiple times to treat allergies and also tartar buildup removal. I truly appreciate this company!

Wow, right from the beginning I was treated with such kindness and respect. My preauthorization was quick and the process was simple. I was reimbursed in a timely matter with everything I expected! They wrote my claim wrong and took something off that my new puppy didn't even get. Need to be more efficient when reading the actual reports
They need to be a little bit more careful when they're writing up a claim because they read my own wrong and charged my dog for something that they didn't get

Best Pet Insurance
I'm very pleased with the coverages I receive, and the ease with which I can file claims. Not a fan of their iPhone app. I continue to file claims on the website. I love that they can direct deposit my payments instead of sending a check. I would recommend that they provide a means of changing direct deposit information on the website. Other than that, I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance!
