Cooper's First Claim
When Cooper my Bernese Mountain Dog got sick, the vet ran lots of tests to determine the reason. Some of the tests were quite spendy. I wasn't sure if my claim was going to be fully covered, but the Lemonade team came through and covered everything except the exam. The claim process was fairly easy and the claim was approved quickly. I'm grateful that the experience turned out to be a positive one!

I do not recommend Spot Pet Insurance. I got this insurance for my cat from Jan 2023 to Jan 2024. My cat was diagnosed with gingivitis in Dec 2023 and as a result teeth cleaning was prescribed by the vet. It costed me almost $600. And this insurance refused to pay because they believed this is a preventative care. Very unsatisfied and unhappy. I switched to Lemonade insurance. Lower deductible and they get back to you on your claims so quickly and they make it super easy.

Never was reimbursed
Never was reimbursed. I took Goddie to the vet, not for yearly check up but because he wasn’t feeling good. He had an ear infection and had picked an eye with a rose bush. I spend over $200 and NEVER got reimbursed. I did not renew insurance this year.
