Easy and painless claims processing
I filed my first claim a few days ago and the process was super simple - just took a picture of the itemized receipt from the vet and uploaded it to the app. A few days later, I had the email that it was processed and approved. Granted, it was a simple exam/rabies vaccine visit, and not something more complicated, but it was easy and painless. You can't ask for more than that.

Great Company and Coverage - Worth Spending the Money
What a wonderful company and people that work for them. Every time I’ve reached out to them, their agents are patient, professional but empathetic and really helpful. I had to take my pup into emergency last night and found that there was a mix up with the initial medical report on my pup so they hadn’t enabled my coverage. The service agent was great and told me what I needed to do as well as ways I could potentially speed up the process. While at the vet, the vet tech reached out to Trupanion for me and after a couple standard questions and discussion with the tech, they approved my claim! What a relief to have less of the financial hit to get her proper care. I am so impressed that reviewed and approved the claim as quick as they did. They really helped to make a very stressful situation less stressful. I absolutely recommend their service!

AMAZING SREVICE AT SUCH A BLACK TIME
What made my experience great how about EXCELLENT Samantha Jenkins is AMAZING. My dog passed I filed a claim BUT for some strange reason it was under a different policy. So I received an email that I was not covered and was not getting any aid. Samantha realized the wrong policy was used and refiled the claim. The whole time she was more compassionate about my baby passing. She is truly a credit to Fetch.

I have been impressed with Embrace
I have been impressed with Embrace! Our first claims required further investigation on their part and they communicated clearly and quickly. I appreciated the extra effort of helping us understand the policy. Recently our pet had surgery, and I submitted the claim that night. Two days later I had our approval! Thank you for being so responsive. I know I can come with questions anytime. It helps when insurance eases stress!

Worst pet insurance company ever
Worst pet insurance company ever. Beware of these Scamsters. I paid around $1500 since I got their services and never received a dime from them. They keep finding excuses to not pay the customers, even for genuine claims. **** Update **** Companies like Fetch should first and foremost check internally why such a 90 days policy exists in the first place. Also, after having earned $1500 over the last 3 years without any substantial claims, Fetch should have still gone ahead and paid for the current claims, with a reminder about the 90 days policy for next time,
