The customer service staff is great.
The customer service staff is great. It has taken a little longer then I would like to get the claims processes and I feel as though I have to follow up more then I like. That is beyond the control of customer service reps who have been very helpful and kind.

I am not happy with sonnet at all
I am not happy with sonnet at all. They take for ever to settle your claim. I have vehicle that I hot an accident with. I have 100% full coverage and the email me and they said your vehicle is on prejudice at the moment that means they are not committing on fixing or giving me money for my vehicle and it has been over 2 weeks and things are they same I have to call 5 times as day to get an update. Thats crazy. It is the worst experience ever with sonnet. I hope they can work on that. I am not happy at all!!!!!.

I signed up with Lemonade for my 3 month old Puppy. I chose the basic accident/illness coverage, plus the wellness package for Puppies. There was a mix up with her name at first, which customer service resolved promptly and easily. I've filed one claim thus far, and that was quick and easy, too. The app is easy to navigate (I'm not super tech savvy), and the coverages are explained in easy-to-understand, straightforward language. My experience with Lemonade has been great thus far!
