The person I talked to would be an 9. The price for Tru companion is very expensive. After using it once my premium went up $20.00 a month. From 135.00 when I joined a year ago to 157.00 a month. It's more than I pay for my own insurance. Tru companion is the most expensive pet plan I have checked, I may be changing depending on my financial situation in the upcoming year. I am a senior on a limited income.
