The Absolute Best Experience in the Hardest of Times ...
We have owned many pets over the years and only (earlier) this year decided to add pet insurance for our Doberman, Madison. Madison just turned 3 years old last week. We received a terrible diagnosis last month for Madison (Wobblers) that has not only been emotionally difficult, but expensive to treat as well. If we did not have this insurance, we would have had to have made other choices for Madison that would not have her here with us today. Spot has been SO GOOD in handling our claims - they have been efficient, communication on the processing of the claims very thorough, and very quick considering the complexity of this diagnosis. We are forever grateful for what Spot has given to us, which is to continue enjoying our very loved fur-baby. I will never consider any other pet insurance for my pets; Spot has gained a forever customer!

Pets Best has been an awesome partner in veterinary care for my dog throughout her long, complex, and expensive cancer treatment process. We could not have gotten her the care she received without Pets Best, and they never gave me any pushback during the process. They were effectively a major player in saving her life, and I am very glad to be a customer with them. All the representatives I have spoken to have been kind and helpful. I submitted a claim back in August because my dog had to have surgery i submitted all the paperwork I had from the vet and they went ahead and closed my claim without communicating with me I have called several times and talked with a customer service representative and got no where with them. The claim process is not easy.
