Our only experience so far has been to establish a policy for our dog and the process was easy to follow and quickly accomplished. The policy period has not yoe begun, but the annual premium for the selected coverage was very competitive.

i Pay 80 something per month for each…
i Pay 80 something per month for each Dog. I submitted a claim on the 17th and not a word. So much for " Claim in minutes" I contacted customer service via the e mail posted on this page but nobody returns my e-mail. I will call my bank later, blocking future Withdrawal, Lord knows they are quick to take my money, cancel and find new insurance. I feel scammed. Never will I donate to this organization again.

A few months ago I signed my two dogs up for Spot Pet Insurance and the process was incredibly easy. I was able to sign them up within a matter of minutes online. The Spot team makes sure you are comfortable and understand the entire process and everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and knowledgable. I ended up recommending this company to all my co-workers who then signed their pets up for Spot Pet Insurance as well. I never expected pet insurance to be so enjoyable and with the amount of trouble these dogs get in, this insurance is already more than worth it. Definitely recommend for anyone considering!

Great experience with Pumpkin so far
We've been using Pumpkin for over a year (just renewed) and have been very pleased with our experience. We have medical coverage as well as the essentials package and have had to submit claims against both. The process has been fast and easy (with the exception of our first non-essentials claim, which took ~2 months while they gathered materials from our vet but hasn't been an issue since). Customer service has also been prompt in responding to questions. Overall, Pumpkin gives us peace of mind knowing that whatever mischief our springer gets into, we have a support system in place.

Embrace Pet Insurance is great. While they indicated that my first claim might take up to thirty days for processing, I received notification seven days later that my claim was approved and that a check was on the way. I am very pleased with their service.
