I am deeply grateful for Healthy Paws Veterinary expenses are very costly and often come unexpectedly. Healthy Paws has allowed us to find a way to manage the cost of recent treatments. Claims are settled carefully and quickly and customer service is very accessible, and caring.

Website is easy to navigate - Claims are being denied
Website is easy to navigate. Unfortunately, most of my claims are being denied because of so called pre-existing conditions. It would be nice to know what conditions, if any, will be covered going forward. Based upon my experience to date, I am paying a lot in premiums and getting almost nothing back on my claims. We need Obamacare for pets!
