Claim process was easy, coverage explanation is clear
I’ve had Embrace for about 2 years now for my now 3 year old puppy, and overall I’m very happy with the insurance coverage and claim process. It’s not the cheapest option out there but they covered most of our vet visits past deductible (wellness and routine checks not covered of course). We had a few times where probiotics were prescribed due to an illness visit and it was not covered since they were considered “supplements”- a bit disappointing. But overall it was a smooth experience getting claims. I do everything via the app and it’s takes about 1-2 weeks to get the money back. Given the mix reviews of other pet insurances out there, I’d say Embrace is doing pretty well.

Very courteous customer service and showed genuine concern for my pets' health. The claims were processed in a timely manner and received reimbursements quickly. I am delighted with HealthyPaws and will recommend them to anyone with pet children. I have the freedom to focus on caring for my pet babies and not be worried about finances. My dog has a negative reaction from one of the medications during the day so we urgently went to ER vet twice a day. The first visit invoice was $1,400 and the second visit invoice was around $1,700 because my dog was hospitalized for 15 hours. The total cost was $3,100 and I submitted claims right away. (Claim submission is very easy, take 1 min!) After then, I reimbursed 70% of the invoice which was helpful. This year, my dog visited several times of vet and ER and luckily we got the 70% reimbursement after the annual deduction. I recommend pet insurance if your dog is 4 years older... I think better to register before moving to the senior stage.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for my dog for 1 year. I am so glad I chose this company, claim processing is easy, payments are quick and the few times I've had to contact for clarification they have been very responsive! There are so many pet insurance companies out there and it can be difficult to choose, but I can say I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance for their cost, customer service and claims processing.

Making my first claim with Many Pets was simple. I called prior and spoke with a representative, who walked me through the process about what to submit and the proper way to do it.
