Straightforward & Effective
Before welcoming a puppy last year, I did a deep dive on insurance options and wanted to make sure we were thoroughly covered. Every service with Fetch has been exactly as advertised and I've found their customer service to be wonderfully attentive and prompt in their replies. They've been honest, fair, and exceptionally communicative. I always feel well informed about what I need to provide, exactly where my claims are at, and the timeline for what happens next. I recently joined the Wellness program with Fetch. I’ve submitted two claims for her office visit, meds, flea and tick, etc. Once I got the hang of uploading her records and my receipts I received the reimbursement pretty quickly. Fetch kept me in the know through the whole process. Super easy thank you Fetch!!

Turnaround Time for Claims Process- Awful!
The turnaround for a submitted claim is unacceptable. A delay use to happen here and there, which I would let go, but now it is every time a claim is submitted. They have the time to send an email to apologize for the delay, but not process the claim itself? The delay can be up to 5 weeks sometimes. The amount I pay per month for this service, does not reflect the customer service quality when it comes to processing claims.

Every year I get a wonderful email notifying me about a price increase. This year it was a 35% increase. Apparently, they claim that veterinary costs have increased so a price adjustment is necessary. Interestingly enough, I called all 5 of the vets in my town and all of them told me that prices have been stable over the last year on all services and products except their vet food. Clearly this company is making excuses to drastically increase their monthly premiums. They claim your monthly fee will never be affected by age giving you the impression that the price will remain the same year to year. Not the case. These price increases are not mentioned anywhere on the site!!! My pets premium went up $40 in two years. Insane. They will scam you every year. Avoid this company. They are a joke.

We recently submitted our first claim with PetsBest and it went very smoothly! It was for a wellness visit for our puppy, we ended up being reimbursed about $130 for his visit. We have the essential wellness plan. We were reimbursed very quickly, just a day or two.
