fraudulent behavior
After two years of rising premiums for the same plan, we have had multiple denied claims that are clearly covered by our plan benefits. This type of fraudulent behavior is unacceptable. Shortly after renewing our plan, we have canceled our pet insurance and will communicate their behavior widely.

At first my coverage was great and affordable. However, I moved and my premium went up $60. Someone was supposed to call me to go over this change but no one did. Now my policy is up for renewal and it’s more than doubling my original premium price from last year. I also just got an email that it’s planning to go up another 11.84%. When I called to talk to someone they said I could get worse coverage if I wanted a better price. When I signed up, it said that the annual price would go up 25-30% per year but this has been an over 50% increase and I can’t get a manager on the phone to go over it.

To not pay a claim because more than 60 days have passed is nothing more than refusing your obligation. I have many contracts and can not know all the fine print excuses you have for cheating your customers out of legitimate reimbursements. I will not use or recommend this company in the future.
