Spot was able to answer my questions and gave me the confidence to sign up my 2 cats. It is very easy to put in a claim. Spot let's you know when they receive your claim and it is processed in a very timely manner. You can always call if you have questions. Very good customer service.I totally recommend Spot Insursance for you pet insurance!

I was given 1 month free insurance…
I was given 1 month free insurance through my breeder with trupanion. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere and don't even bother. My kitten had a eye discharge and it gotten worse throughout the days so I took her in to the vet emergency since her checkup appointment was still two days out. My kitten was not covered. I knew she was not going to be covered for follow up and exams but I basically felt like I wasted my time with trupanion. I would've been less stress not having insurance since they didn't cover anything. Maybe as a breeder but as a pet owner there's better insurance out there. My kitten need to be spay and they also don't cover that. I will not be extending my kitten coverage and will not recommend this to anyone I know.

I have had coverage for both my dogs for several years. During that time, they have covered injuries and subsequent surgery, as well as illness. My claims are processed, and the money quickly deposited into my account
