I have the $250 deductible per year
I have the $250 deductible per year, 100% coverage after that. Max coverage per year is $7,000 per year. Metlife is amazing, the have cover 2 TPLO leg surgeries in 2 years for my dog (~$12,000) and they pay for a ton of other stuff. I LOVE Metlife Pet Insurance!! Thank you!

I am very pleased with how quickly MetLife reimbursed my claims, and all of the automated communication so I aka gas knew the status. My only complaint is the file size limit made it difficult to upload the many pages of medical documentation from our vet - please make allowable file sizes bigger. Thank you!
