Amazing staff team. Productive, knowledgeable and professional. I love the service here. Very personal and all about the care of your dog and her health. Thank you for helping get her back to a well state; until she fights off this sickness. Can’t thank the Blue Pearl enough for their help with my 13 year old baby Stafford-shire! This was definitely worth the drive from Bonita Springs, and I’m happy we left with more confidence & knowledge about what to do and expect next. We went to blue pearl with heavy hearts as our beloved Shiba Inu, Ginger, of 15 years, was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot express our gratitude of how gentle and comforting the entire team was. They did a fantastic job of communicating all of our options. We were given as much time as we needed throughout the whole process. We did a personal cremation package and Ginger arrived home today. We are beyond thrilled with the vessel she will remain in.

Our lil Shih-tzu had a sudden unexpected emergency on Aug 2, 2026. We brought her in after midnight to Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. The staff immediately came to her rescue and ushered her into their trauma unit. After a few moments Dr. Levine came out to explain Lucy was experiencing life threatening episode and was in extreme danger of possibly passing away. We decided on leaving her in I/C and after 2 days treatment she surprised everyone and was able to come home. The highly skilled Dr's and staff were more than wonderful. We would highly recommend Blue Pearl Pet Hospital. Ken and Linda Barnas.

We have had to take our German Shepherd there a few times. All of the staff have been amazing each time! When we took Holly in the first time, she was needing emergency surgery. Dr Meredith did amazing with triaging her and of course, Dr Farrell performed emergency surgery that saved our girl’s life. And it was after hours! He kept us updated every step of the way and put us at ease. We knew she was in good hands. This last time, Dr Heintz was extremely helpful and so accommodating. He took care of our girl and was so thorough. I can’t forget Sean with reception who is honestly one of the best parts of this animal hospital. In a place where everyone is so worried and stressed about their pets, he has a way of showing extreme warmth and compassion that instantly makes you feel at ease. We appreciate all of the staff more than we could express!

The Blue Pearl Team is always Amazing. Whenever I have had to take my pet there it has been urgent and they have always treated us with care and empathy. Last night I thought my dog had broken her leg jumping from the bed and couch, they triaged her right away and provided me assurance that she had just tweaked it and was ok the lil bugger. Thanks to Blue Pearl I was able to rest easy knowing my Mia was ok. 💙
