Best Friends was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about my little chiahuahua who is rather feisty! I was not only impressed with the service and quality of the visit but they also squeezed us in within a half hour visit for an urgent issue. The staff was very personable and you could tell they enjoy what they're doing. Surprisingly, my dog was pretty calm and everything was explained during the visit. We'll definitely be going there again. Thank you Best Friends ... great job!

My standard poodle has been seen by Dr. Gross and her team a couple of times and we have been very impressed. The clinic was very clean and pricing was transparent. The receptionist, techs, and veterinarian were all very kind and knowledgeable.

We take my sister's dog here because it's close to the house, but it's been such a treat to realize how nice they are! Just today we went in for a check up and it was easily the nicest time I've had at a veterinarian's office. All smiles, so understanding and Stewart, the dog, was about as comfortable as a dog can be at the vet. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, or in general

We recently moved to Fort Myers and found Best Friends Animal Hospital. They have been so friendly and loving to our dog, Freddie, and our cat, Mercury! They even saved us money on a prescription for Mercury! We highly recommend them. Everyone there is professional and friendly!
