I’ve been taking my dog Gracie to best friends for the last few years. Usually have a great experience. On this visit, the Vet tech was amazing as well as the reception staff. I was surprised when the doctor came to the room. She’s recording our conversation via her cell phone and then I also felt pressured that I didn’t have my dog on heartworm preventative medication. I explained that it had a bad experience with one of my previous dogs, and I still felt guilted into buying the medication and that I wasn’t taking good care of my dog I also mentioned that on my previous visit, I was very surprised that they charged $38 to cut the nails of my dog to which they responded “prices go up costs up and the money has to come from somewhere” And I responded. I have a lot of choices and I think that that should be told to customers before they have their dogs nails clipped for $38 all in all. I don’t think there’s any ill well but was not a great experience.

Beyond satisfied with this change! Both of my dogs received very thorough exams, everything was explained to me and easy to understand. This will definitely be where my pups receive all of their care! I took my new puppy in for 2nd vaccines. She ended up having a bad reaction with vomiting and diarrhea. I called, they said come right back, they took her in immediately and gave her some medication to help with the reaction. She is very happy now, 30 mins later!! I also took my almost 4 year old pup in for rabies vaccine and she was given the med and a complete physical. This is the best vet I have found in fort Myers!! Dr. Kearney and Alix (all the staff really) are great!!!!!

My cat Trump was experiencing severe symptoms and despite being fully booked they made room for us without an appointment. The Vet saw us in under 10 minutes, diagnosed it, clearly explained it, and gave me multiple treatment options scaling in price without any sales fluff. I think they did a really good job and handled everything professionally.

Dr. Gross was very detailed and intelligent regarding the care of our 15+ years old Cat named Olivia. Dr. Gross and April, her assistant, took their time with us and explained everything for as long as we wanted to discuss it. We are new to the area and feel we are in great hands!
