Pleased, with just one small concerned related to timing of reimbursement...
The only frustration was the length of time to receive the insurance proceeds. As it was the first sickness incident I understand the need to review and research the dogs background and history. Since taking out a policy on two of our animals, we recently adopted a third dog and I immediately enrolled her with the identical policy and coverage of the other two.
