Everything is very simple to understand (submitting claims, user interface, policy information). I have had no issues with claims being processed and covered per the policy. I would recommend Fetch to others for sure.

I wanted to change the payment source…
I wantted to change the payment source for my dog's insurance. When I spoke with the previous payment source I had specified which of my two accounts I wished to use for this. The source then proceded to transfer the account which was directly against my wishes. When I called to speak with that source and told them to move the account back to the account I had specified, they did not do so hence the desire to change the payment source. It lookslike the transfer was successful. Am most grateful to ASPCA!

What a load of junk
What a load of junk. I am an insurance agent and these people do not make it clear that preventative is not covered in your policy. Paid premiums expecting to be reimbursed for those items only to find out those things were not covered. Though, they could be for an extra $50 some odd dollars per month. The premiums on 3 small dogs were already $109 per month. Highly recommend steering clear. Lucky I have not gotten around to calling the State DOI.

Charlie's experience
On Dec 12 2023 we took Charley in for his yearly visit. At that time he had been eating less and had vomited the night before 3 times. Did labs that didn't look bad. Then had xrays to see if he ate anything unusual. From there he had phenmonia. Lungs had fluid. After we got fluid off with food stimulant and antibiotic he is great now. Embrace was great working on his claims and dept money in our acc after deductible and 20%. The only thing is our monthly amount went from 112 to 151 dols a month. We have been with embrace 5 yrs amount has gone up alittle each yr but this yr is a 40 dol a month increase just wondered if it was due to Charley's claims this yr most other yrs were minimal claims Thanks Donnita Valerio
