Keep getting emails asking me to purchase a policy. I thought I already did. But I haven’t received anything with any policy number or info on what it covers. Very confused. You do a great job of selling but how about a little customer support after you e closed the sale??

Very Pleased
We’ve been covering our dog’s medical care with Trupanion for 10 years and the experience has always been satisfactory. Coverage is comprehensive and their claim processing time is excellent. We recommend them 100%.

Terrible experience with processing…
Terrible experience with processing claims. Everything is a pre-existing condition and delayed delayed delayed. I feel they are reaching in order to not to pay out! They claim they’re unable to retrieve medical history, but in this day and age, I find that laughable. They are reaching in order not to pay I will not be renewing my pet policy, nor do I trust this company. My experience is very similar to someone else that reviewed in January 2023, as well

Decent initial yearly premium, but look out for big increases each year afterwards.
I was initially pleased with the cost of premiums for our new dog that we adopted when he was a year old. Our dog just turned two years old and the yearly premium has jumped $200 (with no claims at the time of renewal notice)! The reviewing of claims is a little slow, but I did receive reimbursement for the appropriate amount for our first claim. I’m going to have to shop around for a new pet insurance provider.

This is my 1st experience using a pet insurance provider. Fetch made things very easy as I've had two claims so far. They were very clear in communicating needed paperwork prior to any claims to make the claim process easier. This company is very responsive, communicated the status of the claim throughout the process and paid promptly.

I recommend Healthy Paws to EVERY pet parent!
I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws! I recommend their pet insurance to EVERY person I know that has a fur baby. We are beyond thankful that their insurance was recommend to us when we adopted our puppy. A year after having her, she developed a life threatening neurological autoimmune disease. Her condition was so poor that she required a week long ICU stay at the emergency vet, a MRI, spinal tap and several visits with a neurologist. Having pet insurance allowed us to make the best medical decisions for our dog without feeling financially stressed/pressured/overwhelmed. She made a full recovery and is doing WONDERFUL! I rave about Healthy Paws because they make claim submission very simple, and the reimbursement process is very quick. Plus, when we submitted this initial claim, we got a personal email from their team wishing a speedy recovery for our dog! I am beyond impressed with them and they will have my business forever. Thank you for all that you do Healthy Paws!

Peace of mind.
I have insurance for both my English bulldogs. I have had to submit claims for unforeseen surgeries that cost a lot of money. Knowing the ease and speed of return for my claims is so comforting. One less thing I have to worry about so I can look after whatever is needed for my two boys.

I shopped many companies and compared cost and benefits from each. ManyPets definitely seems to have the best value for your money. I haven't filed a claim yet but I'm confident that when I do my fur baby will be well protected!

Terrible worst then car insurance scams I dropped allstate because they recommended them $1200 claim they offered $60 They claim diarrhea was a pre existing condition
