Most compassionate group of professionals. Embrace went above and beyond my expectations showing so much compassion for the loss of my Golden, Red. They didn't question the last expenses and paid my claim in a week, even refunded the used premium. If you have any doubts, I assure you, this is the company to trust your pets well being.

Embrace increased cost for coverage by…
Embrace increased cost for coverage by 43%. Our dog is 3 yo, perfect health, regular vet health checks, no claims. We understand cost increases but 43% is outrageous and a disservice to a loyal consumer. We signed on with a competitor for better/more coverage at 1/3rd less cost. We do not recommend Embrace.

Lack of support
My dog was having stomach issues for over 3 months where we was have diarrhea more often than not. We went through the regular steps with the vet and nothing was working. Then it was prescribed by the vet to do the Doggybiome fecal test. With the results in hand and the fright of the results we went on the Gut Restore protocol. This has work dramatically in my pet. He is return to normal. When I received the result of the claim I was denied because they deemed this as unconventional medication. My thought is that this is just a way to take my money and not give any back. I guess their slogan of being there for you and your pet when you need them doesn’t hold water. Not a happy person at all.

Same for me here!! I supposed to have 80% back and nothing. My first and last year with them! 80$/ months just to help a big compagnie get bigger that's it!! DON'T RECOMMANDE PPU!!

Signing up was super easy and fast. Everything was easy to understand. I was able to file a claim the next day for preventative care and was reimbursed on the next business day. I am happy with Spot up to now. I will definitely recommend to my friends & family.

Claim review breakdown done WRONG
Trupanion’s claim adjusters when reviewing claims for new and existing conditions are done inefficiently and wrongly when to or not to apply customer’s deductible are done incorrectly. I’ve experienced numerous times when I submit claims for my dog’s condition that deductible has already been met, adjuster would “double dip” by applying my deductible for the same condition.
