Sonnet Insurance - No humans to speak to

No humans to speak to. Toll-free number doesn't work just hangs up on you. Two of us spent HOURS trying to make changes to a new home policy. Required signing in to Chat Bots 3x with staff that didn't seem to have consistent product knowledge. Cancelling now. Going with a company that appreciates our business.
