This company cancel my insurance
This company cancel my insurance, and never make the effort to contact me, I got a new card and I forgot change the card in the file. And went I call to reinstall my insurance they refused to put all my cats, only the youngest. Is all about money no about the pets.

We have 2 dogs enrolled in Healthy Paws insurance, and unfortunately one has had to have multiple surgeries the past few years. The entire claims submission and reimbursement process has always been smooth. Healthy Paws even reached out to us to check in our dog after his most recent surgery, which we really appreciated. We are forever grateful for Healthy Paws and cannot recommend them enough for your pet insurance needs. We did a lot of research up front on the best company to go with and based on that along with our actual experiences, I truly do believe they are the best in the business.

As new pet owners, we decided to ensure our puppy is protected with unforeseen illnesses/accidents. We researched many options and purchased Embrace given their association with USAA where we have been members since 1966. Totally happy with our first claim experience.

Astonishingly bad customer service
Astonishingly bad customer service. I appealed a very cut and dry injury claim, that was denied and labeled as an “illness”. Unable to reach anyone by phone to discuss. Now waiting, day 12, for another claim to be processed. Heading towards my dog’s neuter surgery next month with little to no confidence that Metlife will cover my expenses as promised. Ready to cancel and move to a different provider. Epic disappointment!

Fantastic Company for Pet Insurance
The insurance for our now 1 year old dog is very affordable and we like that. The claims that we submit are paid within a week or less. I even forgot to submit my last claim of 3 months ago and just did it 3 days ago and the claim was processed and paid today. What an awesome company to be working with!! We couldn't be happier with Spot Pet Insurance, we know we chose the right insurer for our pet.

This is the first time I've ever invested in Pet Insurance. I tended to believe it would be more hassle than it was worth to get claims submitted and covered, but after doing some research I chose Embrace and I'm really glad I did. I've submitted a few claims for minor issues and have been reimbursed for all covered costs after having reached my deductible. The claim submission process is super easy and straightforward and my claims have all been processed in what I consider to be a timely matter with no hassle or pushback. Excellent coverage and customer service.
