Super kind customer support

Super kind customer support who seem like they genuinely care about helping you / your pet. Wasn't sure on insurance before but would definitely recommend to any friends with pets.

Finally a pet insurance co that cares.

You're not like other pet insurance companies, you pay the vet directly. I don't have to take out a loan to pay for the vet and then wait at least a week for reimbursement. I understand why people are giving up their pets. They can't afford the medical bills for them.
